2025 Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine Team Pre-Selection Announced

The Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine, co-organized by ACI Sport and Alpine Racing, is set to enter its fifth season in 2025. As the only FIA-certified series officially bridging Formula 4 and Formula 3 on the FIA Global Pathway, it has established itself as an essential step for young drivers aiming to climb the motorsport ladder.

The championship offers up to 25 Super Licence points and has already launched the careers of drivers who are seen as future protagonists of Formula 1, including Andrea Kimi Antonelli, Franco Colapinto, and Gabriel Bortoleto.

In 2025, the championship will feature a revised team lineup. MP Motorsport, which has been part of the series since its inception, will not continue next season. The Dutch team, which has contributed to the championship’s competitiveness over the years, will be replaced by CL Motorsport, entering the series with the ambition to make its mark in one of the most competitive single-seater championships.

The pre-selected teams for the 2025 season are:

  • ART Grand Prix
  • CL Motorsport
  • G4 Racing
  • KIC Motorsport
  • Prema Racing
