G4 Racing is pleased to announce that Saqer Almaosherji will join the team for the rest of the 2025 Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine (FRECA) season. The young driver from Kuwait continues his racing journey after a successful debut year in Formula 4 and is now taking on the challenges of FRECA as part of our team.

Reflecting on his arrival, Almaosherji said:

“I am very excited to join G4 Racing to further continue my learning and development with an experienced team. This year has been filled with opportunity and challenges jumping into FRECA without any testing, but the progress along the learning curve has been good! I look forward to seeing what we can do together as a team for the rest of the season.

With it being only my second year in racing and Formula cars, after a great rookie season in Formula 4, a big adjustment has been learning how to trust the aero. In F4, you rely mostly on mechanical grip, but in FRECA, so much of the car’s performance comes from downforce. Understanding how to use that aero properly and commit to it in high-speed corners has been a learning curve — I’m improving every race, but it’s definitely a different driving style.

It’s been a tough transition, but I’m learning a lot and improving every time I get in the car!”

Adrián Muñoz, Sporting and Technical Manager at G4 Racing, added:

“I am delighted to welcome Saqer to our team for the rest of the FRECA season. Considering he had no previous testing before the start of the year and his overall experience in single-seaters, his adaptation to FRECA has been quite good. We will support him in order to continue improving and developing his talent, focusing on gaining valuable experience in the category.”
