Nikita Bedrin delivered an impressive performance at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya to claim the eighth Pirelli Rising Car Award of the 2025 Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine season. The Saintéloc Racing driver earned the accolade after a remarkable charge through the field in the final race of the weekend, climbing from P26 on the grid to finish 14th, gaining 12 positions in challenging conditions.
This result strengthens Bedrin’s position in the Rising Car Award standings, which remain incredibly close as the championship heads to its grand finale at Monza. The current leaderboard sees Taito Kato on top with 49 points, followed by Edouard Borgna (46), Kanato Le (42), Dion Gowda (41) and now Nikita Bedrin (39), setting up a thrilling showdown for the trophy.
