R-ace GP driver Tim Tramnitz is the fastest in the first day of the first Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine round of the season 2023.
Today was dedicated to collective tests, and German driver signed the best lap overall in the afternoon session, with 1’39.036.
Second best of result of the day to Nikhil Bohra, Trident, with the Singaporian driver lapping at +0.288 from the leader. Third and best among the Rookies is the Norwegian talent Martinius Stenshorne, racing for R-ace GP (+0.292). Andrea Kimi Antonelli, junior Mercedes Bolognese driver of Prema Racing, on his home track matched the time of Stenshorne.
Next step will be qualifying practice 1, live tomorrow, SaturdayApril 22nd, with Group A 10.20 – 10.35 and Group B 10.40 – 10.55. Then it will be the time for Race 1 (16.30, 30 minutes + 1 lap). Sunday the second and last qualifying session (Group B 9.00 – 9.15; Group A 9.20 – 9.35) will precede Race 2 (14.35, 30 minutes + 1 lap). Qualifying and race sessions will aired live on the official Youtube and Facebook pages @formularegionaleubyalpine.
The Grandstands Start 1 (Ex A) and Start 3 (Ex I) will be open to the public on April 21,22 and 23. The access is free of charge.
